Accessibility Statement

We want everyone to be able to use OnCareful.co.uk. This statement sets out where we stand and how to get help.

Our aim

We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA. We are not claiming full conformance — parts of the site fall short and we are working on them.

What we have done

Pages use structured headings so screen readers can navigate them.
The site is responsive and works at different zoom levels and screen sizes.
Navigation, product pages and the checkout can be operated with a keyboard.
Product images carry alternative text where it has been supplied.
We aim for readable text contrast throughout.

Known limitations

Some product images imported from suppliers have missing or unhelpful alternative text.
Some product descriptions supplied by manufacturers use inconsistent heading structure.
Third-party components, such as the payment field at checkout, are not fully under our control.

We fix issues as we find them and we treat accessibility reports as bugs, not suggestions.

Reporting an accessibility problem
