Pricing and Promotions Policy

How we set and display prices, so you always know what you are paying and why.

The price you see is the price you pay

All prices are shown in pounds sterling (GBP) and include any applicable taxes. Standard UK delivery is free on every order, so the product price is the total payable at checkout. There are no handling fees, surcharges or delivery charges added later.

We do not display "was" prices

Our product pages show a single selling price. We do not display struck-through reference prices, recommended retail prices or permanent "sale" badges, because a discount is only meaningful if the higher price was genuinely charged for a meaningful period. If you see a single price on our site, that is simply our price.

Promotions

Where we do run a promotion, it will state what is included and the dates it runs. Promotions are not open-ended, are limited to stock available, and cannot be combined unless we say so. Any promotional code terms are shown with the code.

Price changes

Prices can change at any time before you place an order. Once your order is confirmed, the price on your order confirmation is the price of that contract and will not change.

Pricing errors

We take care to price accurately, but errors happen. If we discover a material pricing error on an order we have accepted, we will contact you before dispatch and give you the choice of confirming the order at the correct price or cancelling it for a full refund. We will never charge you more than the price you agreed without your consent.

Prices shown elsewhere

Where our products appear on comparison sites, marketplaces or advertising, the price on OnCareful.co.uk at the time of purchase is the price that applies. If you find a difference between an advert and our product page, tell us — it is a mistake we want to fix.

Availability

Product availability is shown on the product page. If an item becomes unavailable after you order, we will contact you and offer an alternative or a full refund.
